A= What is the distance between the frame and the inner side of the bushing in the leaf spring?"

Measurement A may be no greater than 3 1/2" and no less than .75"

B= How wide are your leaf springs at the bushing? 

Measurement B can be no smaller than 2.5" (for 2" wide spring) and no larger than 4"

C = 4.5 inches and we do not have an option to change. 

We have done away with the "female style" shackle receiver end and went with a much stronger design. This design allows the use of a non brand specific loose shackle. We suggest welding them on, but if you decide to bolt them on, you will have to drill 4 holes in the frame because these do not fit any stock bolt pattern. 

The bushing sleeve is 2" x .25 wall DOM and is attached on four sides to the 1/4" plate torsion box mounting bracket. This enclosed design eliminates the need for any additional gusseting other kits require. The Bushings themselves are 1 1/2" in the minor diameter so you can flex them hard without tearing up the bushings and the bushing shoulder is 1/4" thick for the same reason. 

If you intend to bolt them on, we would recommend removing the gas tank to install them. They mount through 4 holes you need to drill and after removing the gas tank (if necessary) should take no more than 45 minutes to install. The Brackets are 4 1/2" - 6" over stock depending on shackle length used. You should always use a shackle length that is ideal for your chosen springs. 

Everything in the picture is included, on the shackles we offer either a 4",5",6", or 7" long.
