Barnes 4wd is proud to introduce our brand new Jeep Wrangler JL front tube bumper!  We wanted to make a bumper that was truly our own and race inspired, so that's what we did.  We added strength in key locations and dropped weight in any location that doesn't compromise integrity.  The bumper is 100% manufactured in the U.S.A. from a combination of 3/16" plate steel and 2" O.D. 1/8" wall steel tubing.  The holes in the front have been dimpled to add rigidity, and all bends are strategically placed for extra durability.  The bumper features a recessed winch mounting location for a Warn Zeon or similar winch with a 10"x 4.5" bolt pattern, this helps to maximize airflow for engine cooling and keeps your center of gravity low.  A removable skid plate is included to protect the area under the bumper and the sway bar disconnect assembly on the Rubicon.  Holes have been added in the top to mount your favorite LED lights.  The bumper is completely bolt on, no drilling or other modifications are required.  This bumper will ship bare and need to be painted or powder coated before installation.  If you are looking for a truly unique look for your Jeep JL, Barnes 4wd has you covered!
