Armor For Ruffstuff 9" Axle Housings

Even the strongest Axle Housing can be dented if you try hard enough. 

We developed this armor after one of our team drivers grazed a rock at 50MPH in the 2010 King of The Hammers (KOH) race. It didn't put him out of the race but easily could have so we came up with these. If you think you are likely to dish out that kind of abuse, this is a good option. 

They are 3/16" thick and like plywood, they are layered together to become stronger than they would be is they were seperate.
