RockJock Forged Johnny Joint Rod Ends are found incorporated into our suspension kits and components, but are also available individually for universal usage when custom suspension is being fabricated.
Johnny Joints are available in many sizes and configurations to meet your build’s specific needs. We offer various RH and LH thread sizes of wide and narrow body forgings, which are able to provide 30º+ & 40º+ (respectively) of overall articulation travel, compared to ~22º available from a common heim joint.
Our large catalog of center pivot balls offers a ball to suite most fitments. Balls are heat treated steel, cross-drilled for greasing and become encased in our high-density urethane bushings to provide cushioning that no heim joint can provide. Heat treated side retaining washers and a snap ring retain the ball & bushing(s) into the Johnny Joint outer forging.

The RJ-305300-102 Joint is a 2 in. diameter, narrow body and features a 9 in. long shank (from CL of joint to end of tip of threads), 3 1/2 in. of 1 in.-14 RH threads and a 1.800 in. wide x .630 in. thru-hole center pivot ball.
Additional features of the long shank design include the the jam nut being pushed outward, away from the bracket that the joint mounts in to provide more clearance and accessibility to the jam nut. Also, the smooth shank area of the joint may have a bend applied to it in a press to angle the joint for a perfect fit in your application or to gain clearance in tight spots.
Joint is externally greasable via a zerk fitting. Finish is gold zinc plating.

• We recommend the use of our CE-9120RW Rubber Washers on each side of this Johnny Joint to encourage the joint to re-center itself after articulating
