Dana 44 TTB Pivot Brackets

Our Dana 44 TTB Pivot Brackets are the perfect solution for your broken or missing beam pivot. These beam pivots we’re definitely built overkill. We built these using 1/4″ 1020CR steel and added gussets in areas to increase the strength even more! The pivot brackets bolt into stock holes for easy installation. All necessary Grade 8 hardware is supplied. The original intent of this product was for the Dana 44 owners who have drop-down bracket kits and want to convert to Cut N’ Turned setups. However, we highly recommend these to go along with 3″ and 4 1/2″ widened beam set-ups, or stock width if you just plan on doing some serious hard driving. If you don’t have your factory pivot brackets, getting the front pivot from the wrecking yard is easy — it unbolts; however, the rear pivot is riveted to the frame and they usually want you to buy that frame section…or it gets terribly deformed when they remove it.  These beam pivots are sold separately or in pairs.
