These are not your standard D-Ring hard mounting points. These are 1" thick and long enough to mount through the body of the bumper, you can even drill them to bolt to your frame in addition to welding them inside and out to the bumper surface. 

These have a 1" bore so you can also use the strongest D's and not fail. 

These are sold INDIVIDUALLY at a very fair price.
