Tired of your vulnerable, weak, hard-to-adjust Dana 60 steering? This kit is the solution! It includes everything needed to convert your Dana 60 to a true 1-ton Crossover/High Steer setup. It comes with a set of our high steer arms (including hardware!) This kit also comes with two pieces of beefy 1.5” x .25” wall DOM tubing for your drag link and tie rod as well as 4 of our GM 1-ton TRE’s (four standard TRE’s) We include our hex head TRE tube adapters and jam nuts so you can adjust your steering with a crescent wrench rather than a pipe wrench- saving your tubing from scarring and prevent stress risers. These are all the important steering upgrades in one kit!

This is a do it yourself style kit that requires welding by a competent person with the right equipment, don't skimp, do it right! You will need to check clearances with the steering at lock to see if you need to add any bends before you cut it down to clear diff covers, sway bar mounts, etc

2 RH - 7/8" Hex Head Weld Bungs, 18TPI for Tie Rod Ends
2 LH - 7/8" Hex Head Weld Bungs, 18TPI for Tie Rod Ends
2 RH - 7/8" Jam Nuts, 18TPI for Tie Rod Ends
2 LH - 7/8" Jam Nuts, 18TPI for Tie Rod Ends
4 - GM 1 Ton Tie Rod Ends (Standard TK234)
1 - Pair, Dana 60 High Steer Arms (Passenger & Driver Side)
10 - Dana 60 High Steer Arm Stud & Cone Nuts

We supply more DOM than you need because it is way too easy to make a mistake in your calculations and you can always cut tube, growing it back is the hard part!
